Ecoyarns and Australia Post will not be able to fulfill special requests, eg. to "leave parcels on front porch". If you have a friendly postperson, you may want to discuss the "Authority to leave parcel" clause that you can request.
Returns
We stand by the quality of our products. If you are unhappy in any way, please contact us within 14 days of receipt of goods to organise an exchange or return.Exchanges and refunds are given on return of goods in original condition and credited to your nominated account. Exposure to pets, smoke (cigarette and wood fire) and other environmental smells and chemicals will render our "organic yarns" no longer organic. Postage charges are non-refundable. Return postage is at buyers cost.

do not be offended by our use of recycled packaging. If special gift
packaging is required, please leave comments during Checkout. We
believe strongly in recycling, reducing and reusing, to tread lightly
on the earth. Your goods will be well and safely packaged.
All purchases from this online store will be shipped via Australia Post, unless otherwise discussed. This guarantees a fast and reliable service to all customers for a minimum cost. Flat rate shipping is available for $8.00 within Australia ONLY.
We ship orders over $150.00 for free within Australia.Insurance
Insurance is optional. We cannot be held responsible for uninsured items lost in the post. We would be more then happy to give a quote for insuring your items.International Customers
There are several point to note if you are ordering from overseas.
- All prices on this site include 10% GST(within Australia) which will not be included in your checkout total. You will receive an email confirming the total amount for goods and postage that will be paid via Paypal or charged to your credit card.
- We prefer Australia Post
for shipping. They are efficient, reliable and cheap. If you have any
other preference, please email us for a quote (eg. courier, express
international, registered international, and insurance).
- Zone rates are not always accurate. We will confirm shipping options and pricing for each overseas order by email.
- Some countries charge duty on overseas purchases, please check with your Customs Office if you have any queries.
